A Festive Christmas Punch Recipe

It feels like it’s going to be a looooong winter, so we’re bringing you a dram (or two) of festive cheer. Try this delicious Christmas Punch cocktail recipe, it can be paired perfectly with Jenny Colgan’s new novel Christmas At The Island Hotel.



A handful of red grapes

250ml of gin

50ml of Jägermeister

500ml of Prosecco

100ml of red wine

Cloudy apple juice

2 slices of stem ginger

4 sprigs of rosemary

1 sliced orange





Step One (a little prep)

This is a super easy recipe, and this step is optional. If you like your cocktails extra sharp and cold then simply put the grapes in the freezer until frozen and ensure the prosecco and apple juice are chilled in the fridge beforehand.


Step Two

Simply grab a punch bowl and mix ALL the ingredients together. And stir like a banshee.


When you’re ready to serve the punch, pop in the frozen grapes and ice. Et voila!
